Capturing Memories with Zsuzsi Photography

Parking:  There is street parking available or just a short walk away there is a public parking lot.  If parking on the street, make sure to follow all no-parking signs.  They do ticket.  Arrive a little early for your session to ensure that you have enough time to find parking and to stay stress-free.  

What to expect: I love this park.  It is nice and shaded and ensures great photos with even light.  The lagoon makes for a nice soft backdrop at the right time of day.  We then have the ability to walk across the street for some beach photos.

Backdrop:   I love the foliage and the many different areas that are perfect for family photos.  I usually have this park all to myself for sessions and can make this a session with movement.  Great for your family dog!

What to leave in the car:  sunglasses, phone, purse -- the less you have to carry the better.  Phones in men’s pockets never look good -- so if you must bring your phone please place it in your back pocket. 

FINAL TIPS:

• Parents smile the entire time - do not make faces or go along with the prompts I may be giving to your children.  You don’t want a photo with you and a funny face.  Just smile - laugh and enjoy.  
• Please have your men clean shaven.  A rough 5 o’clock shadow doesn’t photograph well.
• Haircuts should be scheduled 2-weeks prior.  You don’t want to have a new haircut.  
• Try on clothes a week before our session -- buttons popping open on men’s shirts because they no longer fit should be avoided.
